  Water Treatment Plants and Pump Stations 

In industry, the water treatment process is critical to the overall plant process.  If the water treatment process does not function according to the specification needs of the process cooling equipment, downtime and failure are the results.  Neither of these is acceptable from the standpoint of product throughput or repair/maintenance minimization.  Through their experience on the operating floor of various industries, the engineers of D & D Engineering understand the need to maintain water quality and operation.  This entails matching the water treatment flow with the process parameters.  Use of variable frequency drives and other means of control are standard design practices for D & D Engineering. 

Working with the operations and maintenance staff at each facility, and learning the process and staffing needs are as important as designing the overall system.  D & D Engineering prides itself in correct assessment of these parameters and then providing a design that fits the requirements of the overall operation as closely as possible.
