The wastewater from an industrial site can take on many different characteristics, and create many different problems from both an environmental as well as a cost standpoint.  D & D Engineering works closely with the chemical/process environmental design engineers to integrate the best electrical system for the needs of the wastewater train.  This includes storage elements and control of level and flow, treatment elements including flow and chemical treatment, and discharge elements including flow monitoring and control.  All of these elements are required to keep the wastewater process in compliance with the state and federal discharge limits imposed on each facility.  Choice of the correct piece of instrumentation from both a functional standpoint as well as a materials-of-construction standpoint can make the difference in a successful control strategy or an operational/maintenance nightmare.  The staff of D & D Engineering has, as one of their primary design criteria, the process train environment to insure that their design provides dependability and longevity of service.
